Default Advice on my STI map

Greetings I have a 2003 JDM STI with simple mods and I would just like some advice as I am new to the tuning. I have read several tuning threads and am familiar with most of the terms and a general idea of how they operate. I am familiar with learning view and rom raider, which I use to log my car.Basically I would just like to get some feedback on my current setup and where I can improve on my map.

Car Mods:
Stock internals
Stock intake
VF-37
full 3" turbo back exhaust
excedy heavy duty clutch kit
Grimmspeed 3 port EBCS
AEM water meth kit (start at approx. 10 psi) 50/50 mix
95 octane gasoline
target AFR on ECU is 12.3
actual AFR @ WOT is11.5

both logs were done in 3rd gear

Yes, pull around 1.5 degrees between 3k-4k
Load figures look high, check for boost leaks.

updated log of another 3rd gear pull.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...FE&usp=sharing

after doing some checking i realized that my aem meth controller was set to stat @11 psi and max @ 33 psi which obviously i am not getting out of my turbo. So i adjusted the start from 11psi to 7 psi and logged the car:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...Xc&usp=sharing

looking at the first log my car starts to knock around 7psi so i adjusted the meth to start to spray @7psi and from the second log the knock stopped. I also adjusted the max from 33 to 20psi (didn't log this pull) but i noticed the difference when the max spray came on. In addition my AFR dropped from 11.5 to 11 and on my base map my target afr is 12.3.Now i assume that my spray nozzle is too big(mechanic installed the largest nozzle). I will install the medium jet which hopefully brings my afr back up to ~11.2-~11.8 with my start spray @7psi and max @20psi.

Can't you adjust your maf table to get close to Afr in fuel table and tune that way. The big nozzle is fine I would have start meth at 7-8 and max at 15-16 psi to be honest.
