Default keyless entry

So recently I had to press hard on the unlock/lock button just to make it work, I thought It was the battery so I went out and bought a new one but it's still doing it. Is there more I can do or is it time for a new one? If so would I have to go to the dealer to pick one up or where? Thanks

You could open it up and see if the buttons on the circuit board are broken off

^this, do you have both key fobs that came with the car? If so I would try replacing the battery in the lesser used fob.

I only got one of them when I bought the car. Ill have to open it up and see if I find a problem with it. Where would I be able to pick one up if needed?
