Default Whiteline KBR15 install?

I am installing the KBR15 braces. Everything on the internet says they are marked R and L for right and left. Their own printed instructions say it also as well as their web site. However, mine are not marked R and L anywhere. One has a groove in it and the other does not, so I'm assuming they changed the design at some point to this method but neglected to change the instructions ANYWHERE. Apparently R and L were too simple. Does anyone know which side the grooved one goes on?

For anyone looking for this info, the bar with grooved band goes on driver's side. I had checked the web site, the info was outdated and only referred to R and L stampings which no longer exist. Found my answer on an Aussie Forester board.

These are the 2008-2014 RSB mount braces.

You can figure-out which is L and which is R. On one end is a tube and the other a flat-flange. Those mounting surfaces are not on the same plane as one-another.

Work on one side first. If the brace sits flat against the car mount points, then you're fine. Respectfully, take your time and take a common-sense approach to this.

I often wonder if the mod needs an alignment .
