Default 2002 WRX rear clunk

My 2002 WRX sedan has developed a clunk in the rear of the vehicle. I jacked it up last night and removed the tires. I was hoping to see something that was obvious but didn't. One thing I did find was my rear tire is not wearing evenly. There is a lot of inner wear on that tire. I replaced the shocks myself about 4 years ago but this sound isn't same as when they previously failed.

My car has 185k miles on it. It is mostly stock except for the shocks, I'm now running Dspecs.

Check interior banging and squeaking. I thought I had a rear end klunk over bumpa. Turned out to be the jack handle banging on my spare tires wheel.

Thanks for the idea. I'll check when I get home. Right now my suspicion is the rear sway bar endlinks.
