Default Rebuild heads in New England?

I need the heads rebuilt to factory spec. Anyone know any place around here that does it?

New England is a fairly large region. What state/city are you located at?

No matter where you live, it would be worth trailering your car here:
http://wickedinnovation.net/5-2/

or here:
https://www.facebook.com/WickedInnovation

Or PM these people:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/member.php?u=265606

email is sales@wickedinnovation.net or info@wickedinnovation.net

They are a top quality shop that is run by college physics/chemistry graduates that know what they are doing and will always act in your interests, often turning down lucrative work if it is not in your best interest.

They have been known for monster motor builds that last, but also will hook you up for very custom jobs and even treat you right for just a few bushings, swaybars and/or a minor tune. Every customer will be treated like they want to be treated, and you will be made to feel like their brother because Tom, Jay and Matt take such pride in their work, because they will look out for you and your car, because they will bend over backwards to do what is right and get the job done the best way possible. No praise is too great.

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2096630 is their review thread for you to perouse.

They don't have a single bad review, anywhere. I don't think you will find a single dis-satisfied customer anywhere. Email Tom and find out, get a quote, call him etc.

If you have the heads loose/are doing the work yourself and just need a machine shop to do the work, these guys are who we use primarily and are great

I thoroughly support this growing Wicked Innovation circle jerk. Like Matt said, if you just need somethings fixed, use their shop. Otherwise check with Wicked. They are the best there is.

See what I mean? They aren't looking to maximize their profits. Even if you won't be a client, asking Tom or Matt a question can go a long, long way to helping you out in your project. But they are a wonderful resource, maybe New England's best regarding Subaru (and Honda and Nissan though they do less of this work, but are still very good at it).

Thanks again guys.

mattminer didn't mention it, but FWIW we don't upcharge machine work on the builds we do. The Johnsons have been doing our engine work flawlessly for years now and they have learned and grown with us as times and parts have changed. If you go there or call them, you'll want to talk to Chris (the younger guy) as he does all the Subaru head work.

They used to be in RI and moved to Manchester, NH.

I had the Johnson's resurface a flywheel for me. They were friendly, quick, cheap, and did great work.
