Default fp hta68

i just recently purchased an hta68 and i'm looking to rebuild it. does anyone here know of a decent rebuild kit for them? they look like they're about $50 on ebay and a few other places but i dont want to get anything really cheap and i wasnt sure if anyone knew if theres any differences.

Call Forced Performance. They can point you in the right direction.

And honestly unless you are extremely experienced with turbo overhaul i would not suggest this. Typically parts of the rotating assembly are replaced during rebuild and the assembly must be rebalanced. Truly anytime the turbo is disassembled it should be rebalanced before assembly. Once the rotating assembly is balanced it is then marked and taken apart for reassembly into the CHRA. This step is absolutely critical to get it exactly were it was marked. If not the turbo will fail...quickly. Unless you are extremely familiar with this process i would not undertake it.

And on another note a reputable overhaul kit should run at least 100 dollars. These are literally the heart of your turbo...do you really want to trust that to crap you bought off ebay?
