Sooooo the rims i was gonna buy are now out of stock on tirerack, so I'm in a bit of a pickle on deciding which rims to buy now. I appreciate any opinions

Make sure you buy the whole wheel, not just the rim.

I'd do the second ones... but I'd definitely work on some sort of suspension before dropping money on aftermarket wheels

I like the look of the BR08's for your Suby in particular, but as mentioned you should drop a little cash on a suspension setup, otherwise you'll have some laughable wheel gap. I'm not suggesting you dump it to the ground but just fit the rims and tires properly. GL!
