Default Stock tire 13 Wrx

How long should my stock summer tires last? I'm at 30k miles now, I drive everyday for work. They aren't showing any major signs of wear but I can feel them losing grip.

Dunlop sp1?
Usually peformance tires have from 40k to 50k wear rating. Run em til you can either feel the loss in performance or down to the wear bars.

Which summer performance tires have 40-50K wear rating?
The longest wearing Michelin PSS has 30K warranty. All others wear out 15-25K, usually.

Anyone know who makes the stock 11-14 wrx rims? I've heard BBS, but I'm not sure how true that is.

So should I expect 30k-40k from stock tires then? I can definitely feel a difference in performance already at 30k but cant see any threads breaking through yet.

I said performance. Summer performance is a little less wear ar far as the "rating" goes but real world experiences tellva different story.
Tire rack user reviews show the most miles driven on the sp01 is 60k miles and the conti dw is 75k miles most miles driven.

Of course if you drive like a douche bag and dont care about the tires you just bought then they wont last you very long.
I got 40k miles out of my potenza all seasons even tho they are a 50k mile tire.

if you are gettin over 40k on performance tires, you need a prius, not a performance car

ive been driving the highest performance tires you can get since the early 80's when i put the bgf t/a 60H on my '81 celica gt

i have NEVER got 30k miles out of ANY of them

You should expect to change your tires just before you get to the wear bars. No sooner and not much later. No one can guess how you drive and under what conditions. If you wait until you see belts you're not long for this world...
