Default Karlton Flare & XXR 521 Pic Request

I am looking to purchase a set of XXR 521 wheels to fill out my Karlton Flares. Has anyone got any photos of what they look like and also specs on size offset etc?

Thanks

What size are you looking for? Probably better luck in finding people that have flares, but not xxr wheels, and focusing more on wheel specs.

There is no xxr wheel that will fill out flares.

Now, in going to be a dick, so feel free to skip past this next part.

You spent $1000 on flares but you can only buy the cheapest wheels possible? Or did you buy knock off "karlton" flares?

Look through the karlton flare thread at wheels. Cutting fenders and mounting those flares is no easy task, buy a proper set of wheels.

XXR only do them in 18x10 +25 which I know is too small but I found a member on here who looks like he has a nice setup with them. I have PM'd him ( mhwrx02 )

The reason I am going for XXR wheels is because I wanted BBS LM but BBS have told me they dont supply them in the size I need. The closest match I can find are the XXR 521 and personally I dont care about brand for me its only what they look like at the end of the day

I got the flares from import image racing, I have been told they are genuine?

I'd look into xxr 531 also. I know there's a few users on here running them with their flares

Why not CCW? They make an LM style wheel in whatever size you want.

Cant get CCW wheels in the UK it'd cost me a fortune to have them made and shipped not to mention the lead time. Plus CCW are a copy of BBS which in my eyes is the same as the XXR wheels.....makes more sense to order locally

CCW is not a copy of anything. It's simply a similar style.

I thought miro made a 10.5" option?

I just caught this. NO. they are NOT real karlton flares. they are made by Forcewerkz, another replica company. I read on more than one install that the forcewerkz flares needed to be cut into 2 pieces and re-bonded together to fit properly.

Have you heard of Image wheels? They are based in the UK and make custom wheels in any size. Billet 109 looks similar to LM's.
