Default Thinking of selling 06 STI how much do you think it's worth?

I'm thinking of selling my 2006 STI but I have no idea how much it's worth. I would appreciate some opinions since I have modified it quite a bit I can't exactly go off KBB and I haven't found many examples of cars similar to mine that have sold recently.

This car has so many upgrades I have a hard time thinking of everything I have done to it and I'm sure I will forget many. I will try to list the major stuff.
Engine:
Perrin equal length headers
Grimmspeed EWG up pipe with Tial EWG, I forget the size
Invidia Downpipe and full exhaust
APS FMIC
Blouch 20G
Perrin fuel rails with Deatchwerks injectors, I forgot the size
Koyo radiator
Killer B aluminum oil pan with upgraded pickup
Coolingmist methanol injection
Stock internals
Tuned by Church 415HP to the wheels and yes I have dyno graphs

Suspension:
RCE tarmac 2 coilovers with adjustable camber plates
Adjustable rear suspension links
Race comp sway bars
Upgraded bushings

Interior:
Sparco pro 2000 seats
Sparco detachable steering wheel
Sparco harness bar
Upgraded stereo system
Kartboy SS

It has a few small dings and scratches but no major damage and has never been in a wreck. It has very low miles, I only drive it around town and to the occasional track day. When I installed the racing seats and harness bar I removed the rear seatbelts and installed a sub and amp on the floor since I didn't want any rear passengers riding with the harness bar there. I know this might hurt the resale value, but I built this car as a daily driver/ weekend track car.

Take KBB price. Call this Figure A.
Take "Value" of all your mods. Call this Figure B.

The formula goes as follows

Price = Figure A - Figure B

I'll give you 1000 for it. No?
I'll give you 1500 for it. No?

Repeat this in your head until it's a number you'd be comfortable with. Post, price, sell. If it doesn't sell, lower price and repost until sold.

Also, literally a sticky at the top of this page that says:

Questions we don't answer: "How much is this car worth"

The formula goes as follows

Price = Figure A - Figure B
Then subtract 5k for all the mods and possible abuse. Mods don't add value.
