Default Help reading this dyno chart

A friend of a friend sent this over my way.

I'm waiting to get more info such as mods, if it's a stock map, etc. But in the meantime do any of you see any issues? In the air fuel ratio section there are two little bumps. Is it pulling timing? Running too rich?

It's not the stock map. Stock map hold stoich afr out to 4k ish, this car was tuned. Looks good to me. Afr is hard to see, but the line is about as flat as you can get (if it's not bottoming out at 10.0, which is too rich). Get a better photo if you can. Assuming afr is hitting target everything looks good
