Default 2015 WRX with HT AUTOS Front lip and rear slats

Got my front lip and rears today (waiting on the sides). IT was super easy to put on and took me about an hour.

You will need a medium sized flat head screw driver, a drill with a 6mm bit I believe, and a medium phillips head. I had to raise lift the front, but was able to do the rears without lifting it.

The mounting holes come pre-drilled and they mount and align to the factory clip locations. The rear required two small holes to be drilled on each side of the rear bumper for additional mounting clips.

The front requires eight holes to be drilled, in addition to the 6 factory clip holes that it mounts to. Needless to say it isn't going anywhere. All the hardware is included and I am very pleased with the overall fit and finish.

Thanks to Koruworks LLC in Marietta, GA!

Looks good. Hows the black plastic match to the black plastic on the bumpers? Color? Texture?

As far as fitment, I prefer HTA over the Subaru ones as they don't extend around to the lip over the exhaust. The HTA ones do and makes it look more OEM.

The color is just a bit off. These a little darker than the black part of the bumper. The texture on the bumper is also different, looks like the divets on a golf ball

I've been holding out hoping for a more aggressive front lip but I do like the look of the rears.

Here you go. The front lip curves in and becomes flush with the bumper. I believe the Subaru OEM one has an overlap lip that goes over the bumper. That's my only complaint about these.

So do you mount them first with the factory clips then drill the holes? I would prefer this over the sti lip where you have to predrill the holes with a paper template.

Exactly right. I attached the lip with the middle factory clips first, then clipped the sides. This holds the lip in place and made it a one-man job. Then the lip lined up perfectly to drill the 8 holes.

The rears are the same. 4 factory clips hold the piece in place and then you drill 2 little holes on each of the rears.

Hmm, I may consider cutting a ABS plastic sheet to stick on both sides.

Yeah I really wish it had the little lip on the sides over the bumpers also. It looks a little funky without it.

Like this one

I received mine yesterday. car is at the shop till next wednesday so I will have to wait till then to install.
one question, how was the finishing on your lip?
on mine, I saw some scratches, mould marks and some uneven surfaces. I wasnt plannin on prep/painting it but seems that I should at lease wrap it. I am not sure if this is normal or it's just the lip I got.

I doubt it since most people run these without painting them. You could always try contacting ht autos (or wherever you bought it from)

I know I will probably scratch the lip in the future once I get coils and wheels so I didn't want to paint it.

Ok, I got a reply back from HT autos that it's normal and they should buff out. I dont think the scratch will buff out, so I ended up just wrapping them in carbon fiber vinyl.
