Default What's that sound?

I've searched for this, but I haven't come up with any results that seem to be the same as what I am experiencing.

I hear the noise when under full boost at WOT. Now, that being said, it doesn't sound like boost leak at all, and there is no noticeable loss in power. I believe it does it in all gears but I will have to check again tomorrow. At which time I will also hook up my AP. The noise appears when I hit up in the higher rpms and full boost. It almost sound like what i imagine a belt sounds like when it slips on a pulley, but not a squeal at all. Any one able to decipher my horrible description?
I will run the AP tomorrow, as well as be sure to see where it happens in the acceleration, and to be certain I didn't imagine it. Really the noise is so faint I don't think I would hear it if my windows were up.

Thanks guys

Nah, it doesn't sound like wastegate flutter, at least from what I've heard. kinda sorta like a starter sounds when its going bad I think. lol I don't really know how to best describe it.

Horn fluid pump is going bad. I've seen it a million times.

It almost sounds like the lightweight flywheel. This might not be new, but I don't think I've ever hear it. Tranny, and turbo are new. Ran the AP and it came back with no codes and seems to be hitting full boost.
