I second your confirmation. The stuff me and my friends did with our cars, I'm lucky to be alive.

Really any doughnut late in the day risks a chance of drying out.

7 AM vs 7 AM, will DNKN and KKD have the same moisture of doughnut?

Call me biased but I would recommend ignoring all sensibility and completing this bounty challenge instead... http://bounty.grimmspeed.com/?portfo...uts-for-donuts

I could see it as potentially being a very expensive 100 dollar challenge. I have other cars for when I want to play Dukes of Hazzard.

vvv I'm 19 so I do stupid teenage things while I can. vvv

Can it do it? Yes.
Should you do it? If you're confident enough in your car and can afford to break something I don't see why not.

I never did dumb things with my car at 17, how dumb can you be with a ford explorer 5-speed with 200k. But I will confirm dumb things occurred, often.

Do donuts in the snow, or complete the challenge Art put to you. But please come back with a video or pictures so we can see how you car survived the ordeal.

*Now I want fresh donuts.

I dont even know how you would. The car handles so well. I would only attempt on at least a gravel or dirt road. The only time I had my rear broke out was when I jerked the wheel doing 85mph. Some guy half passed me on the right and forgot I was there and decided to join my lane almost forcing me to do a passive pit maneuver. It actually broke out a few times in either direction, haha. But somehow it straightened out and I calmly went to the side of the road to vent.

This is what we do in the snow, but there's always the risk of the above: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JRm9CIdscE

Default winter driving

Long time ago I took a Bridgestone low mu (low friction) professional driving course at a test track. It was a lot of fun learned how to drift and recovery from over/under steer and what not. Anyone interested in upping their driving skills I recommend taking a course lots of companies have them.

If you have to ask....you shouldn't do it. Get a RWD beater for that.

Just find 4 "donut" spare tires & bolt them on. Fill to about 100psi & you should be good to go.
