i just got pulled over like at 1:30am

i was getting food for me and my gf like at 1:30 and i turn left and step on it but did not go pass the speed limit (35mph) and there was a cop down the street just chillin. I get to about 5500-6000rpm and just let off the gas and my bov goes off psssssssssshhhhhh. so now im crusing at 35 mph with a cop behind me and pulls me over about 4 blocks away and this is what happen.

cop: going alittle fast back there huh?
me:no, i never passed the speed limit which is 35mph.
cop: you were going alot faster than that!!!
me: How fast was i going then?
cop:45!
me: no i wasnt sir! i looked down at my speed and it said 35. I know the speed limit here and i wouldnt brake it. (i know my car wont go 45 in 1st gear, but i didnt say that). I know for a fact i wasnt going 45.
cop: well you were let me see your liscence.

so i give it to him, he never asks for registration or insurance.

cop:where you coming from and where you going?
me: wendys and im going to my gf house we were both hungry.
since you said i was going 45 can i see the radar please?

I know he didnt radar me cus he was just chillin and looked when my bov went off. so he goes back to the patrol car and says.

cop: allright have a good night and slow down!

as soon as he says that we start talking about the turbo timer cus he saw mine (its on top of the sterring wheel assembly) but after he just let me go

p.s. he never showed me the radar


this sucks. he wasted 15 min of my life that i can never get back. i didnt even do anything wrong. oh well at least i didnt get a ticket. just shows how monrovia cops are.
