When your at the drag strip and ready to race...what are some things you could take out to save weight?

seats (passenger and rear), spare tire, don't run with a full tank of gas. Those are the only ones i would do personally, they are quick and easy.

You could also swap to stock wheels if you have heavy aftermarket ones.

...jack, trunk tools, wheel well cover in the trunk, trunk carpet, floormats, stuff in the glove box, window washer fluid...

What can you do do drop some lbs without gutting the car...

ALU, Bumper Beams
Light hood, trunk lid
Light wheels
Light seats


What am I missing... remember NO gutting.
