O1LegacyGT Scooby Newbie Member#: 52331 Join Date: Jan 2004 Location: IL Vehicle: 10 LGT Legacy Silver on black	STI question-newbie Not sure if I am posting in the correct forum, but i am a past ford boy trying to get into something new, I have a few questions about the sti and my car and if what i want to do is possiable. I have a 01 legacy gt limited edition- I believe it has a ej25 motor in it but i am not possitive- i know it is a 2.5 liter boxer engine. My questions are: 1) Is the EJ25 engine the same one as the sti, I heard it is but different heads-compression wise etc. 2)Will a sti manifold work on my car as well as the turbo? a. Has anyone tried this before? b. Can i use the sti exhaust as well? 3)Is this a good idea, if no one has done it, i am stil the first to give it a attempt. Please dont flame just help if you want to thanks Raini
