Unhappy Broken Subzero

During an evolution school yesterday, the instructor noticed a vibration when I turned left. It felt like the front tire was slipping but didn't make the same noise turning right. Checking it out, we discovered that one of the spokes had separated from the right front rim.
Bought 'em almost 2 years ago, and I think they have around 14 autoX on them (half on race tires). I don't think they're under warranty, and I have put a fair amount of stress on them, but I expected a little more from them. I've been reminded again that you get what you pay for.

This is really just a heads-up for those who autox/hpde with them;check those rims before and after. When I heard about the breakage problems in 2002, I checked and these aren't from the 'bad' casting lot.
I rotate the rims every event and flipped the tires a few months ago, so there's no question of getting a single replacement as they've all been equally stressed.
I'll talk to Cosmic monday to let them know what happened.
