Default Simple Oil Change Question: Need confirmation

Hey all,

I'm coming up to my second oil change (9000 km's) and I need some confirmation about the oil drain plug gasket...

Short Version:
Does the 2.5L 04 TS actually have one stock?

Long version:
You see, when I did my first oil change, i never noticed an oil drain plug gasket. Of course, it didn't help that I dropped the plug in the oil and had to fish around for it.

I didn't really notice it in the oil afterwards or anything so I rationalized that my car (an 04 TS) didn't come with one (a modern car wouldn't be such a hassle right?). I eventually just screwed the plug back in all cleaned up but with no gasket. Since then, i've read that lots of people with MY02+ WRX's saying they do have them. Then I read a post on scoobymods showing how the oil drain gasket can be decievingly stuck to the drain plug. So now i'm all confused and not sure.

So in preperation of the second oilchange, i want to be properly prepared with the right parts so it goes nice and smooth. (last time, it took 4 trips to Canadian tire to get the proper oil wrench =P )

Do i need to pick up an oil drain plug gasket from subaru?

Thanks!!!
