Looking into a 05 legacy gt

Looking into a 05 legacy gt. Car has 47,000 miles on it looks to be in good shape in pictures(going to look at it tomorrow). For mods it has full borla exhaust, cobb up/down pipe, short throw, and its lowered. Still has almost a year left on the warrenty. Cloth interior, heated seats, dont know much else until tomorrow. I am new to subarus but not to cars in general and the car would be for my girlfriend anyways. I want to put her in something that is good in the snow, gets good gas milage, and wont have major issues. Is there anything on the car I should look for? Also what would one pay for something like this? Blue book puts it around $12k but sellers seem to be asking more? Any common issues I wont want to overlook? Thanks for your time.

I looked at these before I bought an 09 speed3, big fan/very nice ride but the utility of the Mazda won me over (at the time all local 08 STi's were too much $$)
