Default K4RT3OY SS lot of play?

ok so i just recently bought.

Kartboy Short Shifter
Kartboy Delrin Knob
Kartboy Front Bushings
Kartboy Rear Bushings

They are all for my year and vehicle (2004 wrx) the shop i bought them from said that after installing it all especially the bushings all the slop and play from my shifter would go away? like when i am in gear i can move my gear shift around a inch to a inch and a half back and forth.. well needless to say i installed everything and while it does feel better shifting there is still slop in it?

Are there more bushings they did not tell me about?

i treid searching but either suck at it or cant find anything..
