yes i know i know. mods dont like it when we post technical questions like this in the regional side of the forums but... i need an answer fast and TXIC is always the most active forum. i posted in the electrical, but no one have seemed to chimed in on what id figured be a easy answer.
i was only able to find one thread on this and its soo old that the the pictures the guy posted no longer work. he didnt really describe in detail on the location. i see 3 possibles. anyone here know which one it is? for those who need to know. what happening is the reverse light always stays on. if i put it into reverse and take it out the light will turn off, but come back on either instantly or few seconds later. i drive 100-300 miles daily and i dont need every cop that pulls up behind me to remind me my reverse light is on. but... i rather have them on all the time than not at all. also i remember there being a website that had FSM for the 93-97 and 98-00 for free access. anyone here can chime in with the link? ... ohh and HI!!!! no relation to that ovedrivex guy ... Forrest said to chill out with the ban button greg ![]()

your reverse light switch could be bad or out of adjustment. not sure how they work on a subi, but there's one someplace for sure all cars have one.
