Default Alignment needed after wheel bearing work?

I plan to tackle this over the weekend and want to know if it's necessary to get the alignment done after the wheel bearing replacement on front passenger side.

Also, what's typical cost of putting in new bearings into the hub?

Thanks in advance.

Are you planning to remove the knuckle and remove the camber bolts in the process? If yes, you will need an alignment.

I second that. you will definatly need an alignment if you remove the knuckle and the camber bolt.
