Like the title says, I'm selling my 02 PSM WRX Wagon, bone stock. I've owned the car since last year where it had ~60k miles (from the original owner, an older 48 year old man in Western Massachusetts), and the car currently has ~92k on it. I'm selling it because I want to put 32k miles/year on a driving appliance like a Honda, this car deserves better
![]() All maintenance has been done, timing belt/tensioner/waterpump were done at 87k so you won't have to worry about doing it at 105k, radiator developed a crack so was also replaced at 87k along with all the coolant. Serp belts were also replaced. Front bumper was resprayed at 84k. Transmission and front+rear differential fluid was changed 2k miles ago. Mechanically in tip-top shape, and I just did the plugs last weekend. Car boosts perfect and drives great, no problems. Car is on 17" LGT 5 spoke wheels on new Sumitomo HTR ZIII tires, tires have ~5k on them and are practically brand new. These tires perform amazingly for the price I paid ($58/tire), and the wheels look great on the bugeye body style. Wheels/tires were rotated and aligned at the last oil change, and rebalanced after one wheel threw a weight. I replaced the stock 02 WRX seats with the black STi-style seats out of an 05, both fronts and wagon rears. Cleans up the interior nicely. Car also has RA mudflaps, as well as an LED bulb swap in the interior, as well as the plate lights, looks awesome at night. Also have an 07 STi CD changer installed. The car has a boost gauge, that I may or may not sell separately, as it's a nice piece. It's an Omori 45mm gauge, non-LED so it's not overwhelmingly bright like the newer LED style boost gauges. It also has the yellow needle, so it matches the stock cluster perfectly. The gauge was inserted into the stock Lamco boost gauge column mounted pod, and uses factory boost gauge connections. The gauge looks completely factory. Interior is in awesome shape, and the rear hatch has the cargo cover as well. The car also has a waist spoiler as well. I'm currently at work, but I'm going to post photos around 10:30-11PM tonight. Looking for $9,500. Car is located in New Bedford/Dartmouth, MA. Edit: Also, I'm looking for a nice condition Outback Sport or 98ish Honda Accord, so if anyone has one and they want to trade that + Cash, I would gladly entertain that offer! bump for a fellow bugeye wagon owner. Is the 07 STi changer a bolt-in affair?
Great price btw, I paid more for my bugeye 2 years ago with more miles and it wasn't this nice.... |
