Default KB'izzle's 15g T/A STI, 10 sec capable, oe motor, clutch, trans

I have been on here all this time, but never thought of posting up the car, I would love to hear what you guys think about it, good or bad is fine. I bought the car all stock (last year around april, its an 04 sti that only had 18" buddyclubs, an Injen cai, buddyclub catback, and on tein s-tech's, besides those 4 tiny things it was all stock and ONLY had 21k miles, I spent 22 on it (which I thought was alot seeing 06's for 24) but I didnt want an sti with 40-60k miles so this was the closest to new I could find & afford (w/ 12,5k cc debt) helping me out @ %0 for 18 months, onto the car, it has been threw several stages of its life, and 2 pretty bad accidents, 1 being a ROLL over in the canyons on 1-02-09, ins totalled it & I bought it back for $2250, the damage wasnt bad at all only going on the driver side. Put it all back together now finally with alot of upgrades during the process, Not exactly sure whats its at now, but Id say around $15k is what this cost me, (yes, I know Im lucky) I know im gonna miss some stuff out but will fill in the other stuff later

04 sti (now w/ 50k mi)

-Perrin 30r rotated turbo kit .60 compressor, .82 exhaust (put on about a year ago/25k mi's)
-kit comes with everything including tial 44mm wastegate and tial bov in IC piping (now changed to HKS)
-MAF extended into the fender w/ a K&N filter
-cheapo CX racing fmic
-PE 850cc injectors
-Perrin equal length headers
-HKS carbon/ti cat-back
-cobb accessport v2.0
-255 walbro fuel pump
-prodrive boost solenoid
-one step colder NGK plugs
-stock clutch and stock block
-was on C-16 (117oct) leaded @ 27 psi on HB Speed tune (but have 6 maps, 2 for each type of gas, 91,110,c-16) a cons & aggr for each
-cx racing radiator
-cf wingless trunk vis/ cf hood seibon
-DBA 5000's Front/4000's Rear
-braille 11.5 lb battery
-05-07 sti doorcard swap
-05-07 sti center console and center dash stuff swap
-now has 05-07 sti hubs/ knuckles so is now 5x114.3
-24mm whiteline adj. sways with endlinks
-whiteline adj lateral links & tie rods
-RCE Tarmac 2 C/O's 600lb in front, 500 rear
w/Vorshlag camber plates
-On 18" Advan RG 2's in 18x8.5 +31
-245x40,18

Future plans:

-acpt cf driveshaft
-maybe an 06-07 sti rear window wing
-Outfront closed deck with several other goodies (once the motor goes)
-looking to do kelford 272 cams, & also valves/retainers/ head porting
-also some tgv deletes done myself
-a rear susp set-up lateral links & trailing arms (roll centers for rear)

basically just trying to replace all the crapy parts 04 sti's came w/ and converting it to 05-07 sti style, besides the rear wheel well fender trim, I like my wrx rear style.

my 1/4 mile thread, got 2 x 11.2's @ 124 on 27 psi (c-16) but what was strange is on a less aggressive 24psi map I got an 11.9 @ 127, both w/ 1.60's & 99.49pmh in the 8th, I try to take it easy on my stock clutch, dont launch much, I am way more into road racing/ time attack then draggin, just had to do it at least once or twice, I think a few more goes on same set-up I can easily get a 10 second, thats crazy for stock motor/ clutch btw & on 18's and street tires, lots of pics coming

I didnt like the chargespeed stuff so I took it off, along w the buddy club wheels & wing (while on the street)

old engine bay shot, just after 30r was put on car only had 25k miles, things were changed after this

plan to build a custom exhaust like we did on this guy's evo x, when I have time

my baby (07 r6/ Yamaha) I dont need a 1000, most people w/ those bikes gets smoked by me

my r6 has 114whp (bout as much as a 750)

Ikeya Formula along with Cusco is something knowone can afford, including me, My brother Kenny (Alliance Fabrications/ Area P) created this setup below, which basically is roll centers in the rear, using all heim joints now, and provides way more adjustment then you would ever need, here is just 1 pic, someone else pic is below of the different brand, those cost over 3 grand, cusco I assume is even more expensive then that
(this is NOT on my car, pics are of my brothers car)

a mistake made @ gmr the day after new years this year, took 3 months to get it back together, but car sits now better then it was before & at half the cost

the turbo was a huge difference, I would never go bigger as I love this turbo, miss the stock spool tho in tight places, the canyons or at Adam's go kart, riverside

bad pics, but hey Im no expert, cheap camera too

05-07 sti doorcards/ shifter knob done, still am about to do the center console swap, I love the 04 sti (grey in middle) steering wheel btw

what orange peel on the bumper looks like and -3.25 camber up front/ -2 r

zerosports rear 05-07 sti bumper, (I dont have the trim piece tho, so it doesnt look perfect

I just recently got that zerosports rear bumper, it was repaired and havent had it painted yet, I am most likely gonna take the trim that pokes out off, so its flush with my wrx/ 04 sti style rear wheel wells, I dont want to run that trim piece

couldn't have said it better/ right on the money, I usually only wash it on the outside is why the cars messy on the inside, never wax it, but besides thrown together/ crappy looking under the hood for what it has in there, the orange peel on the parts I recently got painted driver quarter panel f. bumper and sideskirts I havent even put on yet, what doesnt match? I do take pride in my ride, & already admitted to throwing everything together, but hey, I put everything (%100 besides tuning & corner balance/ alignment) on myself, which is more then %90 of you guys could say about these mods, Waxing is about the only thing I could do besides making the mods I "slapped on" done a little cleaner, like the a/f gauge next to the radio that doesn't have the wires wired threw the back "yet", sorry to speach, its what I had on my mind

yea, it was in the roll over (only on drivers side) but survived, the wing would be gone, this trunk got 2 super light scratches, best $200 I spent, thanks again man, Ive got nothing but compliments on it from people around here, & now want 1 for themselves, but wont spend new & knowones selling one that was in this cond and price, (recently cleared) thanks again

the seibon hood I closed in the middle the very first time and thats what that cracks from, I also got that whole hood/ scoop for 200, guess that was also a good deal, absolutely everything on here was bought used except for:

shocks
ap
fuel pump
radiator/ fmic

next post im gonna price everything out, Im curious to know for myself, only thing I overpaid on was the 5x114.3 hubs, but were new-ish, everything else was a smokin low baller price Imo

the 2 accidents were:

that roll over on the driver side

I spun out & plowed a curb once & slightly went into someones backyard

& driving at at the track now 7-8 times, I rarely drive it hard, most miles are daily driven but I feel you on the accident/ poor life part I feel bad for it too, but for 15g (i think, we'll see) life = worth price cuz drivetrain hasnt seen what already all the replaced parts have seen
