Default Pancake Smell And Green Fluid All Over

Car smelled like pancakes and syrup and green fluid is all over by my intake and power steering reservoir. car temperature gauge went up really high before i turned it off and its smoking.. took my car in for an oil change 100 miles ago and checked it just now and it is completely dry aside from clear/brownish drippy/watery fluid... def not oil consistency. car has never burned oil and had zero problems until this. anyone know whats going on? did they not add oil in at the dealership? and if that is the case what can i do?

that smell was coolant burning or leaking somewhere, happened to me once, there was a small pinhole leak in the upper radiator hose. It could be other things like a cracked radiator too.

elaborate? i havent boosted in a while... drive my car very melo and have no cels or anything. never leaked oil or anything prior to this. why would it be a head gasket and does that explain why my oil would be empty after 100 miles?
