Default How Can I Make My Low Beams Stay on With the High Beams?

I had a pair of ebay cheapos given to me, and to my surprise they actually fit perfect... No GAPS! But I really want to find a way to keep the low beams on when i switch to the high beams... How can this be achieved?

in my focus, I had to put a jumper wire in the high beam stalk to allow my bixenon HID activate the high beams and to stay on when I turn the halogen high beams on
