Subaru Impreza WRX Reliability?

Hello All,

I have a couple of years left to pay off my 08 Nissan Altima. I have had Nissan all my life and have decided I want to get a Subaru WRX next. My question is how reliable is it? What is the maintenance on it?

They are very reliable cars, as long as they are taken care of. There are many people who modify these cars without knowing what they're doing and beat on them, so it can sometimes be a gamble if you're buying a used modified Subaru. As far as maintenance goes, it's just general car stuff.

well I had a 2002 wrx that i purchased new at the time and all 6 years i had it i never had a serious problem with it .
