well, it's a rally. typical of all the long distance rally's that happen around the country. the point of being disqualified if you get a ticket, shows that they don't want people speeding...

Yes, but it's FREE to get in...that could attract more than say, The Players Run, or others like it where you PAY to get in.
We would LIKE to do it, but we have family coming in around those two days. If something changes, we'll do it.

EDIT.....I guess it's not free? Someone said they put in a deposit...
