wtb: mud flaps and winter tires

looking for some black mudflaps that will fit my 02 wrx. something like rally armor would be nice, even some home made ones as long as they are good condition.

also looking for some snow tires. preferrably cheap w/rims doesnt have to be pretty, just want good tires.
