Ok he'd rather not get raped by a dude or robbed. I think he's games for any othe shenanigans. Where do the Japanese hang out. Serious thread is almost serious. Please make sure to teach him bad engrish and get him slapped though

Depends on cash flow. If he's got the money, east village/LES is a good bet. If he's looking for something more affordable, parts of queens are hard to beat. Harlem isn't as bad as it used to be, but some parts are still total ****.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, my two Japanese friends live in Williamsburg. Nice neighborhood, good food and bars, but loaded with scummy hipsters. However, if you can get past that, it's one of the nicer parts of this city. |

You missed the point. I think he's suggesting that he goes there TO rape and rob people. Does he have a Ninja suit?

However, since its next to impossible to even see a ninja, he's gonna have to do it on his own or get in with the local ninja clan. Is your friend even a Ninja? How much ninjitsu/karate does he know? When did his training begin? |

There is a Kinokuniya bookstore at Rockefeller. Bookstores are great places to run into people, right?
LOTS of Japanese people in there last I looked. |
