I'd seriously try rubbing alcohol. It may sting temporarily, but it should break up most of the oils on the skin and dull the pain. Or try a topical anesthesia like for cold sores and such and have a numb nub all night but less pain

Called poison control for an idiot friend who did this (intentionally) back in college. They said sour cream. Same concept as the milk really. It works, but isn't instantaneous.

He ended up in the shower icing for about 3 days....

Though that might have been because part of the bet was to not do anything for a full minute after the 3 habanero puree.
