Default what to do with my new toy???

so i just bought a 97 impreza L .... it needs some work (knock sensor, 02 sensor, probably a rear diff with the way i brought it to my house ...and a bunch of little stuff...it does houwever run and drive) so i cant decide weather i want to part it out, or fix it up and keep it...what do you all think? ill have pics tomarrow

K&N Filter
ALK kit
Bilstein or KYB (GR2) struts.
Rear Sway bar.
Front & Rear Skid plates.
Hawk Pads
Gravel tires from Falken or abc company.

Just things that come to mind.

what is the point of wasting money on buying a car you dont even know what you want to do with it?

no..it had been sitting for over a year, and the rear tires were both frozen up...we got one to break free, but the other one wouldnt, so we drove it 100yds down the street with 1 rear wheel locked up...not spinning at all
