L.I. Tourist Dies 'Car Surfing' In Puerto Rico

Hernandez says the insurance salesman died instantly.

It was not clear how fast the car was traveling.

Hernandez says she can't yet say whether Geysel's two companions will face any criminal charges.

I use to stand on the bumper of my moms Jeep, hold onto the crossbar other roof rack and ride along like that. God that was fun, but looking back; wow that was dumb lol
