FS:[MO] 2002 MBP WRX - Stage 2 - New Motor/Tranny - Cheap!

Just posted up my friend's S14 on here a couple days ago but it seems like I have to, yet again, post one of my own cars up for sale on here. (check my history, I've sold an 05 RSX-S, 05 EVO GSR, and a 95 Miata on here!)

ADD Accessible Summary:
Clean title, no lien (carfax on the site)
104k on body (check the videos, it doesn't show it)
25k on shortblock/turbo (EJ20 shortblock bored .10 over with ACL race bearings from outfront motor sports)
60k on tranny - Swapped two months ago, WRX Rev. C 5 Speed with RA width gears

Maintenance:
-Timing belt, oil pump, resurfaced flywheel, Exedy clutch replaced @ ~80k
-Brake pads, battery, MAF, front 02 sensor, and NGK one step colder copper plugs done in the last ~1k
-Regular 3k interval oil changes with 10w40 Mobil 1 (tranny fluid obviously changed recently)

Mods:
-STi Up-pipe
-Cobb 3" Downpipe
-OBX 3" Catback
-OpenSource 93 Octane Stage 2 Reflash ~18psi (Testes1010's map, can reflash to 91 octane or a different map if needed)
-Greddy Profec B Boost Controller (for switching between stock and high boost)
-Prosport Boost, Oil Temp, A/F ratio Amber/White gauges/3 gauge dash pod
-Hacked airbox
-Tein S-Tech Springs
-15% Tint on all windows, windshield has 15% strip
-STi Carbon Fiber Corners
-STi Carbon Fiber Hoodscoop
-SUBARU Debadge

$9,000 for the car with everything that's on it now
$8,000 for the car stock exhaust/stock ecu or stage 1 reflash/no profec b/stock gauges/stock exterior
Can work anything out in between, for instance the profec b is on loan from my roommate so if you wouldn't want it, I would take the price I'd have to pay him for it out of the asking price.

Car is located in Columbia, MO when college classes are in session and in St. Louis, MO during breaks.
