Question 3-port EBCS: difference between port 3 and 1???

why are they swapped if EWG or IWG?
If you're running a MEBCS (mbc in parallel), does it matter anymore?
and just run port 1 for the pressure?

Grimmspeed has an installation diagram in their website to make it clearer for anyone.

i've seen 2 MEBC setups that are routed utilizing the port-3 as vent to intake/atmosphere.

i guess im looking if anyone knows the inner workings of a mac valve to clarify why is the 3-1 ports swapped.

c/f: I have an IWG. can i run port-3 venting to intake, because im running a parallel setup?

I think usually a pic helps explain this better..check this out:






If you take a look at this image and compare it to the images we have in the install guide i think it will make more sense. Our solenoid is "universal", it can be plumbed either way.
