Default How do I attach trunk badge to front grille?

I took the "2.5rs" and "impreza" badges off the trunk when i first got the car, leaving just "subaru". I was thinking about attaching "2.5rs" to my front grille where an STi badge would be. I was wondering how i would go about attaching it. I was thinking superglue zipties to the back of the badge and ziptieing it to the grille so that they're removable? What do you guys think?

Sounds like you are on the right track. I was going to suggest something like epoxying some bolts to the back of the badge. Then fab'ing up a simple metal piece like below. Then just using a couple of nuts and washers.

Try the 3M double-sided tape that is rated for indoor/outdoor.
You can find it at any Pepboys, Autozone or Home Depot store. I did the same thing, I removed the WRX badge from the trunk and I installed it on my grille. It holds great and is easy to remove.
The same tape is what holds my DIY front lip in place.
Check it out:

+1 for 3M tape. I did this as a mockup on my original grille and it held just fine even on that thin wire.

DIY garage door lip v1!

Nick, nice job keeping that snug against the bumper. Most that I see are really wavy.

I like that to, I think it's version 2. For that you use 2 rubber seals installed back to back. I wanted mine to follow the bumper line where it curves up in the front/center area. I did not want a straight lip all-around.
When this gets messed up (very likely during the harsh Chicago winter) I'll just try something different. It only costs $15 and 1 hour worth of labor.
Here I posted more pics (I'm post #47):

Yeah, mine was that v2. Just one long seal cut in half. That pic was from when I was mocking up the lip. The finished product is not quite so flat, but I have no pics uploaded.
