I'm looking for a used set of the aluminum, two bolt flanged bushings/housings on the front control arms for an 02 WRX. These are the main pivot bushings for the front LCA's that bolt into the main body of the car with two large bolts.
I don't care if the bushings are shot, I just need the aluminum part that holds the bushing to be in decent shape. I'm going to install some urethane bushings. Mine are completely corroded away from upper NY winters. Not sure what they stick in the damn salt mix up in LakePlacid but it has eaten away the aluminum metal to the point that I can brush it away with my fingers and pick the housing apart ![]() ![]() Let me know what you got!

I will have mine coming off sometime next week.
It has PowerFlex Purple bushings w/500 miles on them (installed in July in my non-daily driver Subaru car). I bought the PowerFlex bushings as a set of all, but went for the Perrin ALK meanwhile and PowerFlex does not fit into the Perrin Alloy part. ![]() I paid 110 USD for the pair of bushings only + shipping + install (stupid me). Anyways, if I get back just the price of the bushings and some shipping costs, you can have the metal for free (obviously) ready to bolt on and you do not need to mess with bushings etc. since it has the grease etc. installed into it. PM me if interested. Cheers, R. |
