Wink 04 VS 05 STi Front Driveshaft/Axle

I'll be doing 5X114.3 on my STi wagon. I have a late model 04 STi axles/tranny (male axles) .
Will 05 STi axles bolt up to the tranny or splines are different? I understand that the ABS ring position changed hence why the question.

I was asking a related question on post 353 of this thread http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...777998&page=15

From what I know you can convert from male to female axles by switching the seals on the trans (there is one type for the female axles and one type for the male)
