What kind of tune and EBCS are you running? It's definitely opening early.

Also what mods are on the car?

Cobb stage 2 OTS map? Is your TBE catless? Whats your altitude?

What I would expect from an OTS map with an intake. You'd benefit from a professional tune...

You did something I have never been able to do. No matter how I engine brake I could never get 0% idc. I dont know what else idc is based off of during engine braking, regardless thats off topic...

your boost does seem to fluctuate and not hold. could be because of your tune. If your boost targets and wastegate are wrong, that could cause your symptoms.
