Cobb stage 2 OTS map? Is your TBE catless? Whats your altitude?
What I would expect from an OTS map with an intake. You'd benefit from a professional tune... You did something I have never been able to do. No matter how I engine brake I could never get 0% idc. I dont know what else idc is based off of during engine braking, regardless thats off topic... |

your boost does seem to fluctuate and not hold. could be because of your tune. If your boost targets and wastegate are wrong, that could cause your symptoms.
