does anyone know if '03 wrx front bumper beam fits on '05 wrx?

No.

Front:
2002 is interchageable with 2003, and vice-versa, only.
2004 is interchageable with 2005, and vice-versa, only.
2006 is interchageable with 2007, and vice-versa, only.

Although you did not ask:
Rear:
All 2002-2007 are interchageable.
