Looking for a Silicon hump coupler

Wasn't exactly sure where to post this, but I'm looking for a 2.75" to 3" silicon hump transition coupler. I've searched through many websites including e-bay and can't find it. I just sent an e-mail to hosetechniques.com to see if they can custom make one since they don't carry it either. Anybody have any clue if this size exists and where to find it?
