Yeah no kidding inkman. My car wasn't ready and summer tires suck the big one in the snow. I have a few pictures on my phone, I will upload when I get home.

Good news: Winter wheels arrived at my house today.
Bad news: I'm two hours away
Gotta get em painted and then wrapped in some Altimax Arctic's and my bug will be good to go!

Great addition to the thread, you seem to be intelligent since your wondering if you need snow tires in Florida. Hmm that's a tough one.

My apologies to the person I originally said that to, I guess I read it wrong.

On a side note I picked up some LGT Snowflakes just need to get some tires, what's are your thoughts on the general altimax tires xluben?

Nice. I have 215/55 Generals on 17x8's and they don't look meaty like those. I really like how that looks. I think that's a nice option over steelies.

I hate all of you that use the 04 BBS's for winter wheels!!! I want to find a rough set to clean up and powdercoat for summer wheels and you jerks are rocking them in salt and snow all winter like its no big deal hahaha

So that means the 16" version of those must clear WRX brakes? TireRack does not list them when I search, but sometimes they are hesitant to confirm fitment on smaller than OEM sizes. This looks like a great option for WRX winter wheels. I love the look.
