Most definitely be ordering parts from them again now. As long as I can get the customer service I used to when Jamie was around last time!

Be honest. I will listen.

1 - I reduced all of the prices on the OEM catalog this week.

2 - We are launching a brand new SGP site in April

ok, fair enough. I wasn't sure if you had a pre-calculated % discount that you could easily reference, or if it was even consistent across the board on parts. It actually looks like you are cheaper than subaruparts.com both in parts cost and flat-rate shipping, so thats cool! another reason for the rest of NWIC'ers to use you for parts if they need some

Personally I'll keep using subaruparts.com because its faster to type the URL and their page loads faster, but I literally only use the site to put in part numbers and see what they cost. I still order from Carr Subaru and pick up locally.

However, I'm glad to hear you're redoing the website. If I can easily load up a page, paste in a part number, and get a price without having to click around or wait, then I'll be happy

Hi there. It's pretty simple. Dealership, selling Subaru parts below retail price.... Offering local pick up - no additional shipping fees, etc.
