Default Best header for rallyX rules?

Sorry guys, 1st turbo car, im a v8 guy.

I have a 2013 WRX and i moved to Prep AWD. The power mod list is:
Full exhaust w/ a cat, under drive pulley, and a tune. It allows CAI but there arnt any i seen better than oem intake. NO intercooler or turbo mods.

What is the best header to fit that if the tune was conservative?

I couldnt find a dyno graph but i was wondering if a UEL header that builds boost 400rpm sooner would have better mid range over an EL or is that only for cars with big turbos?

I found a fender intake makes a noticeable increase. I wonder what no turbo mods means? I think the g25 clone is one hell of an upgrade that fits in oem housings so same inducer and exducer sizes. Can u run e85 with the rules?

Any well-designed header will improve spool and power everywhere in the rev range. UEL is the wrong direction to go in if you're looking to improve power.

Our header is quite popular in rally, due to the build quality, durability, power improvements, and the warranty we offer. Whatever you do, don't cheap out. DNF is always the last thing anyone wants. I'd recommend joining some of the Subaru Rally groups and asking some of the teams.

Would be interesting to see the rule retails on 'no turbo mods'.

"Forced induction components cannot be changed or added (turbochargers, superchargers, intercoolers). Turbocharger boost regulations systems, electrical or mechanical, MAY be modified or replaced." I read that last night as MAY NOT so i thought nothing to do with the turbo could be changed, sorry guys.

Its doesnt say if im allowed e85 or not unfortunately
