It's butt ugly. I was going to buy it but, after seeing what they've done to it, I think I'll pass. They peaked with the R34 and can only go downhill.

No amount of performance would change your mind?

I dunno, the numbers are definitely there to put it up in the Z06/Viper area. The cost isn't too bad if you were looking for a world-class "affordable" sports car. It's at least understandable if someone were to say, "oh, I'd rather buy that than a Z06."

Statistics don't lie. Men are the worst drivers by far. Whenever I see anti-woman driver comments I just laugh. Look at the insurance rates they pay compared to us. Non-US born Asians though, those are the ones you have to watch out for, that and old people.

If I'm going to spend 70K on a car it's got to look good and go good. A Z06 or Cayman for example is worth 60-70K. Performance isn't enough. Besides which, it's a Nissan which means it's one of the least reliable japanese makes out there.

I am not as impressed with the design as I was hoping. I liked the concept a bit more. The front end looks off to me (everything else is fine), and its copying the evo-x/audi with that big black front grille. I personally am not a fan of that. But oh my the performance numbers are sick!!!

Yeah I saw that about no manual option, only dual clutch paddles. I know it's faster, but you feel less connected. I guess we will probably all one day have to learn to live with that if we want the best performance car.

I just priced a Cayenne S. (I was trying to talk the wife in trading in both the STI and the Exploder.) it was 57 for the options I selected - every option cost 600+ on the porsche. Worth it? Probably...

The GT-R... if it were 45... I would have an STi for sale in a few months.

Like I said in another thread, if it was going for $55-65K with that performance, it would sell like hotcakes. The reason that corvettes are considered mid-life crisis/old-man cars is that most people have to be that age to afford them. Import sports car appeals to younger buyers= those who probably don't have enough money to afford it= No sell. Just my opinion. And before everyone jumps down my throat and says "you can buy a used vette for xx amount of dollars", remember, you are comparing performance with a new z06, which costs similar, performs similar, etc.
