Anyone on Stock Block with Over 500whp???
Thinking about going to 1300cc injectors. My 850cc injectors are maxed out with my GT3076r turbo and my tuner said go for it. Wondering if Im taking this a little too far or if I should go all out and see what I can do. Anyone out there riding on a stock block with 500+whp??

If you're that trusting of your tuner than go for it if that's you're goal. If it was me, I'd have a good chunk of change set aside for a rebuild though before I went for 500+.

Regardless of what happens your ringlands won't hold for long remember "HEAT" is your enemy its not necessarily the detonation that kills ringlands more rods than anything good luck and would have built shortblock on hand

Your tuner wants the extra business of installing/building a new shortblock. It's only a matter of time with that power.

You can use the stock block just swap out internals. Go with forged pistons and rods, new rings, stub bolts and valves and you should be fine with the stock block.

500whp stock block.... stock head? no chance, and if you did get there it would blow up on the dyno while tuning.

engine block
n. The cast metal block containing the cylinders of an internal-combustion engine. It would still be a stock block, it just wouldn't be a stock short block. The block just refers to the main housing that has the cylinders, the internals aren't part of the block. |

Already been said, you won't be making 500whp with that turbo.

2jz gte motors can. Ct9a's can if not close.
You bought the wrong car. You can tell the tuner to adjust the dyno.. You'll make 500 on that dyno.. It just won't feel like a real one |

Please try this. then post the video of the the EPIC fail. Come on dude, research and you'll find the ringlands will fail at around 400.... build a short block at least half deck, forged rotating assembly, and do head work. Then get ready to build a tranny too.
