That is not bad at all. I paid 34600 for my base hatch which is 1695 off the msrp. Make sure they don't dick you when you finalize your order. Most people calculate their OTD price instead of just the car's price bc dealers might tack on some more fees. I think mine is 36900 OTD.

Don't have the room and want an STI, so I need to sell it/trade it.

Haven't picked mine up yet. But I'm buying a 4door base sedan for $32,300. OTD in CT with dealer processing, tax and plate transfer is $34,879.

Probably going to get mine mid January or when I get back from vacation early Feburary. I can't decide on color for the life of me, I love wrb but feel at 26 years old I'm getting too 'old' for that color. Other choices for me are white or crystal black...

What color do I get NASOIC??

+1. Who cares what people think. It's your car. My last car was an autumn copper FX45, some people thought it was a bit flashy for a 28 year old but whatever. I'm 34 now and "going backwards", getting the boy racer in PBP, and plan on enjoying every second of it. I could easily get something fancy and "more appropriate for my age" like my buddies and their audi's and bmw's and range rovers, and even eyed the CTS-V for a while. But then I drove my first Subaru and fell in love pretty much instantly.

If you love WRB, then you should get WRB. Anything else and you're going to kick yourself. The first car I bought was a G35, placed an order for Athens Blue, but the dealer screwed it up (never placed the order, saw one in the pipeline and figured I could have it, but it was already reserved by someone else). Long story short, I ended up with a black one, which I loved, until I saw them every damn day and every time I saw one in Athens Blue, which was maybe once every couple of months, it was like a little piece of me died. I got rid of it 15 months later. You don't want that feeling when you see a WRB drive by you. Get it.

this +10000000000000000000000000000000000000. I was about to get a black sti instead of white and I r ealized this would happen to me and just waited Lol. If you're buying a car, you better have it the way you want!

I went back and forth a lot before I placed my order. I like the ISM a lot, but my 2006 spec.B was silver and I wanted something different. My favorite color might be the DGM, but in the end I realized I had really always wanted the WRB. I'm 32 and will probably have another birthday before my car gets here. I figure I can get a more mundane color when I replace it with something more "adult" down the line.

I think you should go with your heart not your head for the color choice!

Well I'm finally graduated from this thread. Here's some crappy cellphone pictures I sneak in while busy with the paperwork and having fun with the car. Coming back to dealer on monday to have ClearBra and PermaPlate Paintguard applied. I stalled the car a bunch of time trying to drive it back home (first manual car) but finally able to get a hold of the clutch on this car. The stereo definitely sucks balls in this and will have new speakers and amp installed on my new year days off. Can't wait to wake up tomorrow and drive it a bunch. Already got 20 miles on the Odo. =D The spt exhaust sounds so AWESOME in person lol.

c'mon now. I am 32 and placed an order a few weeks ago for a wrb 4 door. Never to old, if you like the color that is what you must get. Don't want to regret it later, that would suck.

Hello NASIOC Members,

Have been stalking the site for a couple years now and I finally am about to order a 2013 SWP STi hatchback. I've been emailing the dealerships and have gotten responses back which I have relayed to see how competitive my local dealers will price the car.

I have currently managed to see a price around $36,200. That dealer also stated that it would take 6 months to arrive. Do bigger dealers have priority of fulfillment than smaller dealers and is this price good or should I keep pushing?

Thank you for all your current and future advice.

Regards,

Is that with nav or any options? If not you are getting jipped. A base sti 5 door can be bought for low 35 high 34.
