What IAC did you install?
What throttle body are you using?
What wiring harness is attached to the motor?

Using IAC that came with 2.5 using the 2.2 ecm just plugged in 2.5 to car. using the 2.5 tb It's been about 6 months so I have forgotten what all I had to do I think I may have had to change a conector or something on the harness.

Wait a minute.....it's been 6months since the swap and now you're having problems? I think this would eliminate anything swap related.....do some standard diagnostic work. If you changed a connector plug....you might wanna look there first...check your splices or whatever you did.
