Default Need advice on Powdercoating Schd.

What would be the best way to get my wheels sandblasted and powdercoated with the least amount of downtime and without buying another set of wheels. The place I have doing the powdercoating said they would work with me on the scheduling. So I was hoping to hear how things went for others who have done this

Default The factors invloved are...

1) removing wheels and tires from car
2) removing tires from wheels
3) sandblast
4) powdercoat/bake
5) remount

The shop I use typically takes about 4-5 days to get something turned around, but realistically the blasting/coating process takes about a day.

Default I know

this doesnt answer your question directly. But maybe you could borrow a set wheels from a fellow i-clubber. I have 2 extra sets of wheels, if you were here, I'd loan you them for the week.
